从 PayPal 提款应该用什么卡？

前几天，马来西亚的网民有个天大的好消息，他们终于可以从 PayPal 直接提款了。 PayPal 在几天前突然允许多个国家的用户从户口提款到信用卡（ credit cards ）和提款卡（ debit cards ），虽然从 PayPal 网站已经证实这个消息，可是目前仍未有任何官方通告。
PayPal 为我们开通这扇大门后，我们接下来的问题是，应该用什么卡来提款？这两三天我都在找寻这个问题的答案，从许多部落客的尝试和回馈看来， PayPal 打开的这扇门其实不是很大。
无论如何，有开好过没开，这扇门既然开了，我们就来看看如何用最好的方法通过这扇门。下面我想告诉大家从 PayPal 提款应该用的最好一张卡。
首先，我们第一个问题是信用卡还是提款卡？ Credit cards 还是 debit cards ？ PayPal 允许我们提款至这两种卡，我不在这里谈两种卡的分别。
大部分有经验的人都大力建议我们不要提款至信用卡，除非你想用来抵消信用卡里的花费，否则如果你从信用卡里拿出现金，你将会被抽取一笔不小的费用。因此，我们第一个问题的答案是提款卡（ debit cards ）。
再来，目前提供提款卡的两大组织是 Visa 和 Mastercard ，我们第二个问题是用谁的提款卡？
这个问题不难解答，因为 Sabahan 已经写信询问 PayPal 了，这是 PayPal 的官方回复：

By viewing your account, we found out that you added MasterCard ending with 0***. I am afraid MasterCard can not be used for money withdrawal at the moment, but VISA & American Express card. If you only have one credit card, what do you think about adding US bank account that bank must be located in US soil or VISA debit card?

看了 PayPal 的回信，我们知道第二个问题的答案就是 Visa 或 American Express ，目前 Mastercard 无法接受提款。
虽然如此，第二个问题还存在些许争议，我刚才在 Wayne Liew 的部落格看见，有人回馈说他已经成功用 EON Bank MOL Freedom MasterCard 提款。（更新： Wayne Liew 报告说 EON Bank MOL Freedom MasterCard 已经证实无法使用。）
无论如何，目前第二个问题最好的答案我仍然认为是 Visa 。综合两道问题，我们现在有的答案是 Visa 的提款卡。
第三也是最后一个问题是，哪一家银行的 Visa 提款卡？
这个问题不容易回答，因为就算同是 Visa 提款卡，每家银行提供的服务范围或条例规则都存在差异，所以回答问题我们只能找成功提款的案例。
其实要回答这个问题并不难，因为我们有 Money Money Come 已经找好案例为我们解答了。
已经证实能够从 PayPal 提款的提款卡

- Alrajhi Bank Visa Debit Card – Sweet Surrender
所以我们所有的答案都出来了，从目前可以得到的资讯来说，以上两张是你从 PayPal 提款最好的卡。
而我自己的最终结论是 Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card ，因为 Public Bank 的分行比较多，而且这张卡的信誉一直以来都不错。

Thanks for the mention but MOL Freedom is no longer can be used. Refer to my blog for the full post. Someone’s MOL Freedom card has been frozen just because he used it to withdraw PayPal funds.
